The Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro), managed by the Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC), is a historic monument and one of the most important sites of athletic and cultural heritage in Greece.

These Terms and Conditions govern the protection and processing of personal data in connection with the issue and use of electronic tickets, as well as visits to the premises of the Panathenaic Stadium.

By purchasing or using an electronic ticket, the visitor declares that they have read, understood and unreservedly accept these Terms.

• The processing of personal data collected during the purchase and use of the electronic ticket is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), Greek legislation and the HOC Personal Data Protection Policy.
• Personal data is used exclusively for:
  a) the issue and management of electronic tickets,
  b) the completion of the transaction,
  c) visitor service,
  d) the fulfilment of the legal obligations of the HOC.
• The HOC takes the appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and works only with authorised service providers who undertake to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
