Cancellation and Refund Policy

Preamble

The Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro), managed by the Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC), is a historic monument and one of the most important sites of athletic and cultural heritage in Greece.

These Terms and Conditions govern the cancellation and refund policy for electronic tickets to the premises of the Panathenaic Stadium.

By purchasing or using an electronic ticket, the visitor declares that they have read, understood and unreservedly accept these Terms.

• Ticket prices are published on the official website of the Panathenaic Stadium and may be amended without prior notice. Such changes do not affect tickets that have already been issued.
• The categories of reduced-price and free tickets are determined by the HOC. Eligible visitors must present the required supporting documents on entry.
• Once the purchase is complete, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred to another date or refunded, unless otherwise provided by the applicable legislation or by these Terms.
• A refund is issued only where the visit is cancelled by the HOC, or where the Panathenaic Stadium is fully closed on the date for which the ticket is valid.
• Temporary lack of access to individual areas of the Stadium, the Museum or other facilities, due to maintenance work, official events or reasons of safety, does not give rise to a right to a refund, provided that the visit can take place in the remaining accessible areas.
• The HOC is not liable for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by the visitor in connection with their planned visit.
